Full Description
An evaluation and geoarcaheological assessment carried out in 2017 at Temple Hill School found evidence of Boyn Hill gravels at the site. Boyn Hill gravels date to Marine Isotope Stages 12-10 (c. 425-375 thousand years ago) and are of particular potential for palaeolithic discoveries. The gravels were found at varying depths between 0.5m to 3.05 m below ground level. (1)
