Monument record TQ 65 NW 27 - Jutish burials, White Hill, Wrotham

Summary

Anglo-Saxon inhumation cemetery excavated at White Field, between Wrotham and Nepicar in 1907 and 1920. Grave goods including spearheads, brooches, a knife, pendant and rings were recovered. Some of the finds are in the British Museum. The site lies on the lower part of a souh-east facing slope, below the North downs scarp. OD 110-122m.
