Summary
A Second World War pillbox (possibly Type 24) located to the west of Slough Fort, Allhallows-on-Sea. This pillbox is one of several which formed the part of the extensive wartime defences of the Thames and Medway shores of Kent. This pillbox is presumed to have been removed for development of the site. It was mapped from 1946 RAF aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project.
