Summary
The earthwork remains of a possible former medieval or earlier field boundary which lies beneath the remains of the medieval or later ridge and furrow. It is aligned east-west and can be traced for c.275m, extending across a slightly higher area in Allhallows Marshes, the eastern end dropping down to the edge of the marsh. This boundary was mapped from Environment Agency lidar imagery as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project.
