Full Description
The faint soilmark of a possible ditch can be seen on aerial photographs taken in 2011. This cut feature is situated on high ground immediately to the west of Mount Pleasant at TQ 7577 7554. It may represent a former post medieval field boundary. A wide band of lighter soil on the southern side may be the spread remains of a bank. This site was mapped from aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project.(1)
