Summary
The slight earthwork remains of several medieval or post medieval field boundaries forming two field enclosures within the reclaimed area of Higham Marsh. This area is defined by the former medieval/post medieval counter wall to the north of Church Street. The western side of the field is defined by the counter wall (NMR Monument : 1543511). These boundaries were mapped from Environment Agency lidar imagery as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project.
