Full Description
A sherd of prehistoric pottery was excavated during an evaluation on land at Northgate Garage, Canterbury, in 2003. The pottery sherd was flint tempered and is thought to be residual. The presence of the pottery is thought to indicate the possible presence of prehistoric activity in the vicinity of the site. (1)
