Full Description
A ring ditch, possibly representing the remains of a Bronze Age round barrow, can be seen as a cropmark on aerial photographs taken in 2011. This ring ditch is about 18m in diameter and is situated to the north west of Abbots Court. It is centred at TQ 7923 7226 and was mapped from aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project.
A similar, probably associated ring ditch (Monument 1545077) is located 416.5m to the north east, and another (Monument 1545257) is located 1209 m to the south west. (1)
