The cropmarks of a large rectilinear ditch-defined enclosure, probably later prehistoric in date, similar in some respects to the site type classified as Neolithic mortuary enclosures. The enclosure measures approximately 30m x 100m and has an entrance in the eastern end, and a possible entrance in the western end. It also has a sub-division in the western third of the enclosure.

Full Description

The cropmarks of a large rectilinear ditch-defined enclosure, probably later prehistoric in date, similar in some respects to the site type classified as Neolithic mortuary enclosures. The enclosure is located at TQ 5589 6968 and measures approximately 30m x 100m and has an entrance in the eastern end, and a possible entrance in the western end. It also has a sub-division in the western third of the enclosure.(1)
