Monument record TR 24 NW 256 - Barham Crematorium

Summary

Barham Crematorium was built in 1956 for the Kent County Crematorium Company to designs by J Seaton Dahl. A Romanesque style building of brick with stone dressing and pantile roofs. Yellow brick cloisters run along the sides of the chapel. The interior is oak panelled with oak pews and catafalque. The garden of rest was laid out by Leslie Milner White and includes a Book of Rememberance chapel.
