Summary

Vinter's Park Crematorium was built in 1962 for Maidstone Borough Council, it was designed by J Seaton Dahl and H G Cadman. The design is simpler than Dahl and Cadman's other crematoria. It is a red-brick building, with stone details, prominent chapel and attached chimney. The exit leads leads to a cloister, which in turn opens on to the Garden of Remembrance, with informal scattering lawns and rose beds.
