Full Description
A possible Anglo-Saxon linear cropmark is located at Dane Valley Road, St Peters. The cropmark was identified during a desk-based assessment of the site carried out in 2008. The cropmark may form part of another features with TR 36 NE 2537 which is located to the south west. (1)
The features described above were re-mapped and interprested as part of the Thanet Landscape Mapping Project. The linear cropmarks likely represent the remains of post medieval field boundaries. The features were visible on Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 21-APR-2007. (2)
