Full Description
During a watching brief monitoring the clearance of slurry within a section of World War II air raid shelter tunnels within the chalk cliffs south of Crete Hall Road, 16 portable metal toilets potentially contemporary to the WWII use of the tunnels were identified and recorded. (1)
