Full Description
A group of three saltern mounds of Medieval date visible as earthworks on LIDAR Environment Agency DTM 07-DEC-2017. The earthwork remains of a linear bank or causeway can be seen extending NNE from the middle of the group of mounds. These features were mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024.(1)
