Full Description
Letter from Dover, Jan 15th. "Yesterday morning two boats went off, in the road as usual, in order to bring on shore the mail and passengers, from the packet just arrived from Calais, when unfortunately one of the boats, consisting of four men was overset by a large sea, and one man (Mr Grovener) was drowned; the other three were miraculously saved by the sailors in the other boat."
