Also known as Princess Marys Convalescent Home or Princess Marys Hospital For Children Shown on OS map Kent XXV.4.19. Surveyed in 1873. Originally a hospital for children suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis, opened in 1898, with early 20th century extensions. It was converted in the 1930's to a hospital for convalescent women and is now a private nursing home.

Shown on OS map Kent XXV.4.19. Surveyed in 1873.
Also shown on 1st, 2nd and 3rd addition maps as a Convalescent Home.

Wanstead House Voluntary Aid Detachment Hospital, Eastern Esplanade, Cliftonville, run by Kent/152, with 116 beds from October 1914-October 1917.

The 4th addition map (1929-52, shows the building being used as a School.

School listed on Government website as Stimson House School<1>

The building was demolished in 2008 along with adjacent properties and replaced by an apartment block, 'Burlington Place'.
