The Kent Hotel appears on 1st (1862-1875), 2nd (1897-1900), 3rd (1906-1923), 4th (1929-1952) and Margate - Kent XXV.8.1. The pub closed some time in the 1990s and is now (2016) operating as the Flamingo Amusement Arcade on the Modern OS maps. The Isle of Thanet Williams Directory of 1849 describes this as at Lower Marine Terrace and had Billiard Rooms in the High Street.
