A Subrectangular Enclosure of Bronze Age/iron Age date was visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs: EARTH.GOOGLE.COM 03-2022. ACCESSED 19-APR-2024 and mapped as part of the Historic England Thanet Landscape Mapping Project 2024 (1).
This feature was also seen during a geophysical survey of the site conducted in 2017
