Full Description

The site of a network of anti-landing poles erected in the fields to the south-west of Birchington on Sea identified on aerial photograph RAF/26J/BR194 VC 37 10-JAN-1941, later noted demolished/removed on Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 05-MAY-2018. These features were mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024 (1-2).
