Summary
The site of a former 19th - 20th century sheepfold recorded on historic 1:2500 scale Ordnance Survey maps (1st epoch (1879), 2nd epoch (1896) and 3rd epoch of 1908). The map sources depict single small building and a subdivided fenced off area at the entrances of three adjacent low-lying fields in the former marsh. This site was recorded during the course of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project.
