Extractive pits of Medieval/post Medieval date were visible as cropmarks in Kent HER r12photo960 XX-XXX-1990 (also available as EARTH.GOOGLE.COM XX-XXX-1990) and Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 14-APR-2015. The features were mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024. (1-3)
