Full Description
The site of a row of anti-landing post visible on US/7PH/GP/LOC286 V 5010 19-APR-1944 aerial photographs dividing up a field to the west of Quex Park contstructed to impede the landing of enemy aircraft, but still allowing cultivation in the field. In some cases the post were strung with wires. The post were removed following the end of the war. These were mapped as part of the Historic England Thanet Landscape Mapping Project 2024 (1-2).
