Full Description
A group of three possible medieval rectilinear settlement enclosures visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs located to the south-west of Nether Hale Farm. The enclosures are ditch-defined with curved corners. One has an excavated/sunken interior and a second possible enclosure appears as only a rectilinear sunken area 27m x 27m. These enclosures were mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024 (1-2).
