Field boundaries of Medieval/post-Medieval date were visible as cropmarks on Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 25-MAY-2012 and Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 14-APR-2015. They include a roughly east-west oriented ditch about 342m in length with two shorter, perpendicular, sections of ditch towards its western end. They may be related to the post-medieval field system in this area visible as slight earthworks in Environment Agency Lidar datasets.

Field boundaries are not depicted in these positions on the first edition Ordnance Survey 1:2,500 County Series map, although the east-west boundary is recorded on the Tithe Award map for Sarre dated 1843. They were mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024. (1-3)
