Full Description

Cropmarks of an sub-oval ditch-defined enclosure, possibly later prehistoric in date seen on Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 14-APR-2015 aerial photographs which was mapped as part of the Historic England Thanet Landscape Mapping Project 2024. There is a single terminally defined entrance in the SE corner and there is a short spur of ditch extending southwards from the SW corner. The nothern third of the enclosure is interrupted in two places where the enclosure is cut through by the course of a modern track. The Western side is overlain by a possibly later rectilinear enclosure (TR26NE 32) (1).
