Full Description
Second World War anti-tank cubes in Beresford Gap visible on aerial photograph RAF/26J/BR267 VL 1 22-FEB-1941. Two lines of three concrete cubes were placed at the beach end of the access to impede potential invasion from the sea. These features were mapped as part of the Historic England Thanet Landscape Mapping Project 2024 (1). Theywere removed following the war. (2)
