Full Description
The site of a Second World World anti-tank cubes arranged in one row extending 40m along the southern of the Esplanade and a perpendicular setting blocking access from the NE. This defence was visible on RAF aerial photographs -RAF/26J/BR194 VC 10 10-JAN-1941 and was mapped as part of the Historic England Thanet Landscape Mapping Project 2024. Removed after the end of the war. (1-2)
