Full Description

Slight earthworks of a possible medieval hollow way or boundary visible on Environment Agency LIDAR DSM 07-DEC-2017 extending over 670m N-S from Wesgate on Sea to Park Road. The remains are very slight and appear as a broad ploughed-out dithc or hollow way with traces of bank adjacent to the mid and southern sections. This feature extends through the western extent of the scheduled area around three Iron Age /Roman settlement enclosures TR 36 NW 29 so isincluded within the scheduling. (1)
