Full Description
A ring ditch 10.4m in diameter, probably the remains of a Bronze Age round barrow identified as cropmarks from aerial photographs -HEA 29844/17 20-APR-2016 and EARTH.GOOGLE.COM 05-2019. ACCESSED 06-JUN-2024. This is one of a group of barrows of varying size, some thought to be Early medieval in date enclosed by a later settlement ditch. This barrow lies within the later enclosure (TR 26 NE 31). This feature was mapped as part of the Historic England Thanet Landscape Mapping Project 2024. (1-2)
