Full Description
A subrectangular enclosure of Bronze Age date was visible as a cropmark on Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 14-APR-2015 and HEA 29751/26 29-JUN-2015. The enclosure has three straight and one convex side with curved corners. It meaasures 38m x 48m and has a possible entrance in the SW third of the NW side. This site has been dated from test excavations across this field. This feature was mapped as part of the Historic England Thanet Landscape Mapping Project 2024 (2).
