Full Description

Cropmark of a possible rectangular settlement enclosure, of uncertain date, visible on aerial photographs: NMR 2176/38 03-AUG-1984. The site appears as two perpendicular (40m and 53m long) straight ditches with a single corner visible located immediately south of a tree plantation north of Quex Park House. The remainder of the enclosure may lie within these trees. These features were mapped as part of the Historic England Thanet Landscape Mapping Project 2024 (1).
