Full Description
Fragmented remains of an embanked field system possibly of post medieval date visible in the park at Quex Park as a low earthworks on LIDAR Environment Agency DTM 07-DEC-2017 as part of the Historic England Thanet Landscape Mapping Project 2024. These boundaries pre-date the first edition OS map, but are likely to be post medieval in date. Fragments of similar boundaries have been recorded across the Isle of Thanet (1).
