Full Description
A large extractive pit 40m x 66m of uncertain date was visible as a slight earthwork on LIDAR Environment Agency DTM 07-DEC-2017 within Quex Park. This now lies beneath a caravan park. This site has been and mapped as part of the Historic England Thanet Landscape Mapping Project 2024. (1).
