Full Description
A gun emplacement forming part of a defended locality of Second World War date was visible as a structure on RAF/HLA/383 RS 956 28-DEC-1941. It stands just to the west of a network of trenches (MKE124619). It was recorded as a demolished structure on Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 07-APR-2021. This feature was mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024. (1-2)
