Full Description
Cropmarks of a small double-ditched ring ditch, probably the remains of a round barrow with a central pit which has been identified on aerial photographs -NMR 4137/84 18-JUL-1988 and NMR 3115/141 02-JUL-1986. The outer ditch circuit measures 10.6m, the inner is sub-circular and incomplete and measures 5.8m x 6.5. A single sub-rectangular pit 1.5m across is located at the centre of the two circuits. This site was mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet Landscape mapping project in 2024. (2-3).
