Summary

Three fields of medieval/post medieval ridge and furrow seen as slight earthworks close to Moat Farm north of St Mary Hoo village. These were mapped from Google Earth aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project.

Full Description

Three dispersed fields of medieval/post medieval ridge and furrow seen as slight earthworks close to Moat Farm north of St Mary Hoo village. Two fields lie adjacent to one another at TQ 8027 7687 to the north of the village, the third field lies immediately to the north of Moat Farm at TQ 8061 7693. These were mapped from Google Earth aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project. (1)
