A group of probable medieval settlement enclosures visible as cropmarks on land to the south of Two Chimneys Holiday Park, Manston visible on aerial photographs - NMR 2690/171 13-JUN-1986. Parts of two conjoined rectilinear enclosures at TR3211 6794 and further perpendicular ditches to the south may be the remains of at least three medieval settlement enclosures, part of a linear settlement following a former NE-SW track or roadway, possibly on the course of the current track. It is possible that most of these features have been destroyed through excavation of the field to the south-west of the caravan park for construction of a golf course. The remaining northern section lies beneath the caravan park. These features were mapped as part of the Historic England Thanet Landscape Mapping Project 2024 (1)
