Full Description
A trench of Second World War date was visible as a soilmark in RAF/HLA/564 V 6011 01-JUN-1942. The infilled trench measured about 250.5m long. It was positioned parallel with and about 13m to the north of the former course of the Manston road on Telegraph Hill. This feature was mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024. (1)
