Full Description
A road of Second World War date was visible as a structure in RAF/HLA/564 V 6020 01-JUN-1942. It links RAF Manston's perimeter track on the east side of the airfield with Manston Road on the west side of the airfield. It largely survives as an extant roadway (Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 07-APR-2021). It was mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024. (1-2)
