Full Description

Bomb craters of Second World War date were seen as earthworks in RAF/HLA/564 V 6012 01-JUN-1942 and RAF/HLA/407 V 78 28-FEB-1942. They were located immediately to the west of RAF Manston's technical area. They were recorded as levelled earthworks in Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 07-APR-2021. They were mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024. (1-3)
