Full Description
A barracks of Second World War date was visible as a structure in RAF/HLA/407 V 78 28-FEB-1942. The building was described as 'Quarters, L Block' on a mid-20th century plan of RAF Manston (RAF Museum, Hendon, reference X004/2380). It was recorded as a demolished building on Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 07-APR-2021. It was mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024. (1-2)
