Full Description

A possible rectilinear enclosure of uncertain date was visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs:EARTH.GOOGLE.COM MAR-2022 ACCESSED 04-JAN-2023. The site appears as a triangular compacted area surrounded on the west and southern sides by a ditch with a single right-angled corner visible. This is adjacent to and presumed to be truncated by the western side of Nash Road, representing only part of a larger feature. This site was mapped as part of the Historic England Thanet Landscape Mapping Project 2024.(1)
