Full Description
A barbed wire entanglement of Second World War date was visible as a structure in RAF/HLA/564 V 6011 01-JUN-1942. It was located on the east side of Alland Grange Lane, opposite Alland Grange. It articulated with adjacent barbed wire entanglements, forming defences to the west flank of RAF Manston.
It was recorded as a demolished structure in Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 07-APR-2021. It was mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024. (1-2)
