Full Description
Three buildings of Second World War date were visible as structures in RAF/541/484 RS 4015 07-APR-1950.They were described as 'Base Flight' on a mid-20th century plan of RAF Manston (RAF Museum, Hendon, reference X004/2380). They were recorded as demolished structures on Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 07-APR-2021. These features were mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024. (1-2)
