Full Description
A revetted slit trench of Second World War date was visible as an earthwork in RAF/HLA/564 V 6040 01-JUN-1942. It was positioned immediately to the north-west of Alland Grange and formed part of defences on the western flank of RAF Manston. The feature was recorded as a levelled earthwork on Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 07-APR-2021. This feature was mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024. (1-2)
