Full Description

Cropmarks of parts of three rectilinear enclosures, possibly fields of Iron Age to medieval date visible on the aerial photographs: CUCAP BTG94 26-JUN-1975 which have been mapped as part of the Historic England Thanet Landscape Mapping Project 2024. These features may be associated with the Iron Age/Roman field system and pits excavate to the south-west (TR 36 NE 2473) in 2017 by Swale and Thames Survey Company (1)
