Full Description

Weapons pits and slit trenches of Second World War date were visible as earthworks in RAF/HLA/380 STBD 906 15-DEC-1941 and RAF/106G/UK/1378 FV 7047 04-APR-1946. These features was recorded as levelled earthworks in Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 07-APR-2021. They were mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet project in 2024. (1-3)
