Monument record TQ 67 SE 1283 - The incomplete cropmark of a curvilinear enclosure or ring ditch can be seen on aerial photographs taken in 1978.

Summary

The incomplete cropmark of a curvilinear enclosure or ring ditch can be seen on aerial photographs taken in 1978. This is of uncertain date but may be Bronze Age. No western part of this site is visible but if circular it would measure circa 16.6m in diameter. The parish boundary runs very close to both this cropmark and another to the east suggesting that these features were still earthworks when this boundary was first laid out. This was mapped from aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project.
