Sank following collision with the SS UNTATA [sic], of London. (2)
Built as MARIA & KAETHE for her first owners in Rostock, going to another Rostock owner in 1886. She was sold on into Norwegian service in 1890, when she was renamed INGER. She changed hands several times, the last time in 1905.
Dimensions: 436 tons gross, 392 net; 123.9 x 29 x 17.3 feet.
She collided with the steamer UMTATA of London while lying-to off Gravesend, and was condemned as a wreck. She was bound with ice for London. (4)
