Pond , visible on 1st and 2nd edition OS map. Recorded during 2024 Kent Downs National Landscape Historic Ponds project.
Preservation:Pond on historic maps but not visible on current OS (ghost pond)

Description: Small oval pond on 1st/2nd edition maps in a small farmyard surrounded by arable fields. Not on current OS or APs and area is confused on Lidar, with a chalk pit and well nearby. Probably not a good prospect for restoration due to proximity of farm build
